The teaching of how to insert a contact lens is less than adequate. It just seemed to repeat over and over, 'you did this wrong' or 'did that wrong' but offered boo help in how to correct the procedure. Also, every individuals methods were different. They also seemed to walk away in frustration when the teaching wasn't successful - very distracting and unnerving.

Complacent staff. No one picks up the phone, good luck trying to get through. Can't contact about glasses under warranty. Feel I am being avoided.
